Affirming ME! A Journal for Kids
This multi-faceted project was created for the homeschooling resource company/website “Inspirus”. The project required the creation of a cover, book logo, doodle pages, and much more. This particular journal is aimed at young boys from the ages of 8 - 13 years old. A second book was created by another artist for young girls of the same age. The journal aims at building self-worth and inspiring the minds of young learners.
Along with the journal, a deck of affirmation cards for the kids and a deck for the parents was created as an additional resource with similar ideas.

All Affirmation Pages. These pages are inserted throughout the journal in between blank sketching/writing pages. The doodle pages are placed on the opposite side of each affirmation page.
All Doodle Pages. These doodle pages are on the back of each affirmation page as serve as inspiration/coloring pages.
All Directed Journaling Pages. The journal features many blank writing/sketching pages, and those are supplemented with these directed journaling pages.
This next section is for the card decks. There is a card per deck, per day, for every day of the month. The kids cards are meant to be read by the child for themselves, and the parents cards are meant to be read out loud to the child.
